With more than 16 years in the property industry, Joshua has obtained a vast amount of project marketing experience selling new developments across Sydney and Newcastle. His expertise covers the sales and marketing of land estates, multi-residential developments, and apartments, with developers including Mirvac and Landcom.
Joshua has worked on an array of award-winning developments, including: The Royal – Newcastle; The Newbury Estate – Stanhope Gardens; Parkbridge – Middleton Grange; Era – Chatswood; Pinnacle – Rhodes; Harold Park – Glebe; Stanhope Court – Stanhope Gardens; and George & Allen – Waterloo. Having sold in excess of 2500 properties, Joshua is a highly respected member of his profession. Joshua is a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Known for his natural determination to exceed expectations and having grown up in some of Sydney’s fastest developing suburbs, his passion for property and investment is long-held, and serves as the cornerstone of his desire to help clients build their perfect portfolio.
